Adult Combo Class
Looking for a fun way to end your working week? Wanting to get fit but aren’t keen on the gym? Would you like a different activity to do with your friends? Then this class is for you!
Did you dance as a child but stopped as life took over? Have you always wanted to learn to dance but never got the chance? Have you finished highschool and looking to dance in an all-adult class? Then this class is for you!
Our Adult Combo Class will be an open dance class with a different style each week – ballet, jazz, hip hop, or contemporary/lyrical. It will be suitable for both beginner and advanced dancers with options being given to suit everyone’s ability level. Classes will consist of stretching, exercises & technique, as well as a choreography section. Everyone is encouraged to come and give this class a go – there is no pressure, just lots of fun!

Friday 6:15-7:00pm (13+ years)
This class is perfect for beginners, those looking to gain flexibility, or just a great way to unwind at the end of the week! Our stretch class will guide you through a full body stretch, allowing time to relax your body and mind. Everything can be modified to suit all levels of skill, experience, and flexibility, so that each student gets the most out the class.
NOTE: Please bring your own Yoga mat to class
