Our Tiny Dancer class is a combination of ballet, jazz, and hip hop for students aged 3.5-5 years and is a bridge between the general Preschool classes and the hour long style classes of ballet and jazz/hip hop. It teaches the fundamentals of the three dance styles and students start to learn simple choreography. 

It is a fun 45 minute class on Tuesday mornings - 10:30-11:15am, Wednesday afternoons 3:30-4:15pm  AND Saturday mornings 10:00-10:45am. The cost is $9, pay as you come.


Miss Zoe will teach basic ballet positions and movements. Ballet is a graceful dance form with emphasis on posture and technique, but the main thing is to have FUN! Boys welcome.

Miss Zoe will teach a fun style of jazz including an in depth warm-up. Children will learn basic jazz techniques and movements. Jazz is a fun, upbeat style of dance, and children will enjoy dancing to modern music (with appropriate lyrics and costuming). Boys welcome!

Dress Code: Comfortable clothing, bare feet are acceptable.

Miss Zoe will teach basic hip hop Moves as seen in Step Up and You Got Served. Hip Hop is a style of dance that originated on the streets of America. It is a strong, upbeat style of dance with lots of attitude! Boys encouraged! Age-appropriate music, costuming, and choreography is strictly adhered to.

Dress Code: Loose, comfortable clothing, with street shoes/jazz sneakers.

These classes are all about expressions through movement and are a combination of contemporary and modern expressive dance.  We do two routines per year, with one being modern expressive and one being contemporary. Contemporary at Miss Zoe's is a combination of both strong and soft movements, with a balletic feel to the modern side of the class. The movements are unusual and challenge the body to create shapes that are original and unique. There is also an emphasis on ballet technique and strength training.

Dress Code: Any clothing that you can easily move the body in. Bare feet.

The class will be about fun and fitness, with everybody being encouraged to have a go! Basic tap steps will be taught, progressing students in a positive manner. Miss Zoe's has a tap style that is free flowing and interesting. No previous tapping experience is necessary (joggers can be worn in place of tap shoes at the beginning of term).

These super fun classes will be run by Miss Lauren! You will learn how to do rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers, lifts, etc. There is a strong focus on groupwork and you will see your strength and flexibility improve. The skills learnt in these classes will benefit your dancing too.


                           3.5-5yrs = Tuesday 11:15-12:00pm                      

                           Under 10yrs = Thursday 5:30-6:30pm

                           Over 10yrs = Thursday 6:00-7:00pm

COST: $9 for 45 mins or $10 for 60 mins, pay as you come


Musical Theatre at Miss Zoe's is a fun, active class and covers drama, singing and dancing - it's a great class if you want a career in performing or just enjoy the three disciplines. Students are encouraged to develop skills in their own time and there is no pressure to perform by yourself. Students work together to produce short pieces for performances.

COST: $10, pay as you come


5+ years Wednesday 4:45-5:30pm

This open aged class will focus on singing technique and performance. Students will be excited to express themselves through singing and learn correct warm-ups, breathing, technique, annunciation, and performance skills.

COST: $9, pay as you come.


CLASS TIME: 14+ years Wednesday 6:30-7:15pm

COST: $9

This fun stretch n fitness class will be a combination of stretching, toning exercises, agility training, and simple strength training with and without the assisted use of weights. There is a big focus on core strength and stability and students will increase their fitness levels through a differing weekly class. Students of all fitness levels are welcome as everyone works at their own ability throughout the class.
