Adult Social Dance

Wednesday 8:00-8:45pm COST: $9

Do you struggle with dancing in social settings or at events such as weddings & birthdays? Do you feel awkward on the dance floor? Well this class is for you! It is a class for absolute beginners and couples – we will teach you basic steps you can use on the dance floor as well as basic couple dancing (please note you do not need to bring a partner). You will learn how to hear the beat of the music, move with confidence, and learn to embrace social dancing rather than shying away from it. This class is perfect for couples – lots of fun, no pressure, no judgment – just laughs and dancing!

Seniors Move N Groove

Tuesday 10:30-11:15am COST: $9

This fun dance/movement class will be designed for the more mature adult (55+years) and will focus on functional stretching & exercises leading into basic dance steps/moves/simple choreography. Think grooving out to ABBA, swaying to Sinatra, and twirling to The Beatles! The class will be different each week & there is no need to remember moves week to week. Dancing has been proven to increase flexibility and coordination as well as improve memory and the mind/body connection so it is perfect for this age group. Dancing is for everyone, not just young kids! So why not grab a group of friends and give it a go?!

Tiny Tumbling Class

3.5-5years Tuesday 11:15am-12:00pm

Students will learn the basics of these three performance styles and will come together as a group to produce short items for performances. Students are at no times pressured to perform by themselves – it is all about them having fun in a happy and pressure-free environment.
