Lil' Dudes Dance

2-5 years, 11:15-11:45am Tuesdays


This fun and active 30 minute class will give boys a chance to develop dance skills along with some fitness, coordination and acrobatic skills. It will be perfect for boys who may not feel comfortable dancing with a large group of girls.


Singing Class
5+ years, 4:15-5:00pm Wednesdays - We will also be offering private singing lessons.

This open aged class will focus on singing technique and performance. Students will be excited to express themselves through singing and learn correct warm-ups, breathing, technique, annunciation, and performance skills.


Irish Dance

5-12 years, 4:30-5:30pm Wednesdays

13+ years, 5:30-6:30pm Wednesdays (This class is also an adult class)

Irish Dancing is a diverse and energetic dance form accompanied by lively traditional music. This class will teach the basic techniques and traditional dance steps of Irish dancing in the CLRG Style. Students will learn the different traditional dances such as the Jig, Reel, Slipjig, Single-jig, Treble jig and Basic Hornpipe, as well as a range of Ceili (team) dances. There will be a focus on developing good technique through fun and energetic exercises, as well as good timing and musicality. Performance technique and confidence will be developed throughout the year.


Yoga

5-12 years, 3:30-4:15pm Wednesdays

13+ years, 9:45-10:30am Tuesdays & 5:30-6:30pm Fridays (This class is also an adult class)

Yoga is a gentle way to improve your posture, balance, and coordination. Yoga is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, and relaxation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind, and environment. Hatha Yoga at Miss Zoe’s is suitable for beginners and will take you through the basic sequences and common Yoga poses. Our Kids Yoga class will be fun for all ages; students will be taught how to safely perform Yoga poses; and it will be great for flexibility, strength and control.
